Board Meetings

Raintree homeowners are welcome at all regular monthly board meetings and the annual meeting

There is dedicated time at the beginning of each regular meeting where homeowners can present an idea or ask questions of the board. Whenever possible, the Board will attempt to address the topic that evening, or ask questions so that it can be researched and addressed at a future meeting.

If you are unable to attend one of our meetings but would like the board to address an issue, please let us know via the form on the Contact Us page.

Regular Monthly Meetings

The board meets regularly on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Generally, meetings are held from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM at Deep Run Recreation Center. Meeting locations and times can change based on the availability of the venue, so please check our calendar of Upcoming Board Meetings before attending.

Annual Meetings

The Raintree Association’s annual meeting is held each May on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. This is an opportunity for residents to meet their ward representatives, ask questions of the board, and to learn about the board’s work over the last year, as well as future plans.

The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held at 7:00 PM on May 14th at the Raintree Swim and Racquet Club. See here for more details.
